New Delhi: Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh on Saturday reiterated that though India wants peace, but it will respond fittingly to any terrorist attack.

Speaking on the early morning terror attack at an air base in Punjab's Pathankot, Rajnath said the attack began at around 3 am and “security forces are responding to it”.


 


The nation is proud of our security forces, he added.


“Pakistan is our neighbour. We want peace and good ties with Pakistan as well as with all our neighbours,” the minister said in response to a question on Indo-Pak peace talks.
