Encounter breaks out in J&K`s Handwara, two terrorists believed to be holed up​

Jammu: A fierce gunbattle broke out between security forces and terrorists in Langate area of Handwara in Jammu and Kashmir on Monday. 

The encounter, currently underway, broke out in the wee hours today. 

The terrorists are exchanging fire with security forces.

As per the report, at least two terrorists are believed to be hiding in a building and efforts are on to sanitise the area. 

The area has been cordoned off by the army.
