Man held with banned drugs in Jammu

Jammu: One person was arrested and a large quantity of banned drugs was recovered from his possession in Jammu.

"Rakesh Kumar was arrested yesterday from Kanak Mandi area. 2240 capsules of Spasmo Proxyvon and 550 tablets of Nitravet were recovered from his possession," a police spokesman said today.

A case under various sections of NDPS Act was registered against him, he said.
