Mumbai: Wait is soon going to be over for those who are looking for their own abode in Mumbai.
The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) has invited applications for the purchase of 972 tenaments.
The registration of applicants will begin at 2 pm tomorrow, i.e., June 23 (Thursday) and end at 11:59 pm on July 24 (Friday).
MHADA will accept the applications from 2 pm on June 24 to 11:25 pm on July 25.
Demand drafts can be submitted at the Axis Bank from June 24 to July 27.
The winners of MHADA lottery 2016 will be declared on August 10.
According to Zee 24 Taas, the most expensive houses under the MHADA scheme are located at Shailendra Nagar, Dahisar, which are priced at Rs 83,86,000 with the carpet area of 78.47 square metres.
The cheapest houses available in the scheme are in Malvani, Malad. They have a carpet area of 16.72 square metres and are priced at Rs 8,17,000.
