Twitterati suffer brief outage across the globe!

New Delhi: Many users across the globe were not able to access their Twitter account on Thursday morning as the popular micro-blogging site suffered a brief outage.

When users tried to log onto Twitter from the desktop, the website showed a message "Something is technically wrong. Thanks for noticing - we're going to fix it up and have things back to normal soon" during the down time.

The impact of the outage is yet to be known.
