Moga: A Dalit minor girl was allegedly raped by a man here when she was on her way to a school, police said on Saturday. Sewak Singh of Ghall Kalan allegedly kidnapped the victim yesterday when she was going to school. He then raped her and fled from the spot. A case has been registered and a hunt is on to nab the accused, police said.
