New Delhi: It seems Delhiites are in for no relief from the rising air pollution. Although pollution levels seem to have receded somewhat, few days before, but now again particulate matter in the air has risen, toxicating the entire national capital and its residents.
Delhi has been in its worst shape where air pollution and air quality is concerned, ever since Diwali season in November.
Experts have been continuously raising concerns about poor air quality in Delhi creating scare among the residents.
As per the Real-time Air Quality Index Visual Map, Anand Vihar has recorded air quality at 464 as of 8:00 am, whereas, RK Puram is at 355.
Areas in and around Punjabi Bagh and Mandir Marg have set air quality standards at 263 and 226 respectively, at 8:00 am.
