London: Leaving a cozy bed is never easy, and people are generally used to placing their alarms in snooze mode.
Now, a new alarm called "Ruggie" has been produced that forces sleepy people to physically get out of bed to shut it off.
According to Mashable, the alarm will only shut off if you rest both of your feet on its memory foam padding for a full three seconds, which means you have to physically get out of bed in order to deactivate the annoying beep.
Additionally, once you're out of bed and the alarm is off, the rug will play customizable speeches or funny sayings to convince you not to get back into bed.
The manufacturers of Ruggie plan to sell it for 99 dollars, the Huffington Post reports.
