After 186 days in space, Expedition 47 crew members succesfully departs from ISS - Watch
Expedition 47 crew members, Commander Tim Kopra of NASA, Flight Engineer Tim Peake of ESA (European Space Agency) and Soyuz Commander Yuri Malenchenko of the Russian space agency Roscosmos on Friday have successfully departed from the International Space Station (ISS).
New Delhi: Expedition 47 crew members, Commander Tim Kopra of NASA, Flight Engineer Tim Peake of ESA (European Space Agency) and Soyuz Commander Yuri Malenchenko of the Russian space agency Roscosmos on Friday have successfully departed from the International Space Station (ISS).
NASA shared a video of the undocking process of Soyuz TMA-19M spacecraft on Twitter and captioned it as,'Undocking confirmed! Three crew successfully depart @Space_Station at 1:52am ET'.

The three astronauts are returning to Earth after completing 186 days in space, since their launch in space in December 2015.
As per NASA, Yuri Malenchenko is at the controls of the Soyuz TMA-19M spacecraft.
The crew is scheduled to land at 5:14 a.m. southeast of Dzhezkazgan, Kazakhstan.
The departure of these three astronauts marks the end of Expedition 47. The Expedition 48 crew members, Commander Jeff Williams of NASA, along with his crewmates Oleg Skripochka and Alexey Ovchinin, will continue the research and maintenance aboard the space station.
NASA astronaut Kate Rubins, Russian cosmonaut Anatoly Ivanishin and Takuya Onishi of the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency are scheduled to launch July 6, 2016 from Baikonur, Kazakhstan.
