New Delhi: The Super Bowl, 2016 has taken the world by storm and is currently the talk of the town. Facebook and Twitter timelines are filled with pictorial posts of those who are witnessing the event live and then, there are those who are hosting super bowl parties by screening the games.
Ever wondered, though, how it all might look from space? How holding a super bowl party may feel like, up in space?
Well, seems like NASA astronaut Scott Kelly had more or less the same idea since he definitely knows how to hold a super bowl party in space!
Kelly, who's spending his year in the International Space Station tweeted a pic of his super bowl party. The only problem was that no one showed up for it! The tweet read, “Hosted #SuperBowl party on @space_station, but no one showed up. I would have served nachos! #YearInSpace”
Take a look!

Looks like the NASA astronaut actually felt lonely, because it seems like he felt like viewing the super bowl live. A few minutes after his super bowl party tweet, Scott Kelly treated everyone by tweeting an image of the Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif from the International Space Station. How's that for a super bowl party? That too a live one!
He wrote, “Got to see the #SuperBowl in person after all! But at 17,500MPH, it didn't last long. #YearInSpace”. Check out his tweet here!
