New Delhi: NASA astronaut Jeff Williams, who is currently aboard the International Space Station (ISS), has posted a stunning photo of Copahue volcano as it erupted in Chile, South America.

The astronaut captured the event from the space and shared the gorgeous photo on his Twitter where a plume of white smoke is seen rising into the air.

Copahue volcano is an active stratovolcano in central Chile at the border with Argentina.
