Floods force Chennai firms to stay away from IIT-Delhi placements

New Delhi: Due to floods in Chennai, the city-based companies have not visited the IIT-Delhi campus so far to conduct placements.

According to a report in TOI, companies from Chennai will be visiting at a later date.

In a major boost, the number of CVs considered has registered an increase of 10% this year.

Also, over 400 offers have been made so far in the first four days of placements at the prestigious technology institute.

Moreover, several students have rejected the foreign offers this year and have chosen the domestic ones.
