Shocking video! Caretaker burns hands of kids with hot spoon at `Shishu Grih`

Hyderabad: A shocking video about a caretaker 's cruelty towards small kids at a child care centre located in the Karimnagar district of Telangana has come to fore on Wednesday.

The video shows a caretaker burning hands of children with hot spoon at a 'Shishu Greh' run by Telangana government.

Children were having meals while one of the two caretakers used the hot spoon to possibly punish them.  

Some of them also sustained burn injuries after being tortured by the caretaker.
