Varanasi: Bharatiya Janata Party president Amit Shah will flag off the party's third 'Parivartan Yatra' rath from Robertsganj in Sonbhadra district on Tuesday.

Shah had earlier flagged off two raths from Saharanpur on Saturday.

BJP's 'Parivartan Yatra', starting from Saharanpur, Lalitpur, Ballia and Sonbhadra districts, will cross through across the state, and culminate in Lucknow on December 24 with a rally addressed by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Besides highlighting the failures of UP government the BJP will also highlight achievements of the Narednra Modi government at the Centre during the yatra.

Shah will also address a public meeting at Robertsganj today. 

To take stock of the preparations Union minister of state for HRD Mahendra Nath Pandey held a meeting with party office bearers at Robertsganj on Friday. 

He also held a chaupal with local residents on the occasion.

According to Kashi Kshetra BJP spokesperson, Sanjay Bharadwaj, all necessary arrangements have been made for the yatra. 

Senior leaders like president of Kashi Kshetra Laxman Acharya, organising secretary Ratnakar and others were camping there to supervise the preparations.

An air-conditioned 'Parivartan Rath' equipped with advanced sound system and other facilities has been arranged for the yatra.

The saffron colour bus has sitting arrangements for 15 people, besides other facilities like lift, bio-toilet and a meeting compartment.
