Muzaffarnagar: Vivek Premi, one of the two Bajrang Dal activists arrested last year for allegedly beating up and parading a person for stealing a calf from a cowshed in Shamli district, is out of the National Security Act (NSA) net.
The Union Home Ministry has reportedly told the Shamli district administration in Uttar Pradesh to repeal the NSA case against Premi.
The UP Police had initiated action after a video of the incident surfaced on social networking websites.
