Nine dead, 18 injured as high tension wire falls on bus in UP`s Etah

Lucknow: In a tragic incident, at least nine passengers lost their lives while 18 others received severe burn injuries after a high-tension live wire fell on a bus in Uttar Pradesh on Tuesday. 

As per the report, the mishap took place near a National Highway in Etah district when the high tension electric wire fell on the roadways bus.

The police personnel has been rushed to the spot to ward off oncoming traffic on the route. 

The injured have been rushed to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.
