New Delhi: This video shows a leopard being trapped by forest officials in Uttrakhand after the animal apparently entered a densely populated village.
The endangered animal was eventually killed when all attempts by the forest department to capture it alive failed.
The leopards are one of the five big endangered cats found in India. Tiger, lion, clouded leopard and snow leopard also call India their home.
