TMC to get majority in West Bengal polls, bag 197 seats: Survey

Trinamool Congress will get majority in West Bengal polls and Mamata Banerjee will as CM, as per an opinion poll.

Kolkata: Trinamool Congress will get majority in West Bengal polls and Mamata Banerjee will come back as CM of the state, as per an opinion poll. 

 ABP News-Nielsen Opinion poll has projected that that TMC will get 197 seats, Left 74, Congress 16, BJP 0 and others 7.

When asked about Mamata's performance as CM over last five years, 18% said very good, 40% said good, 25% said average, 12% said bad and 4% said very bad. 

Further, 62% said Mamata was their first choice as CM of West Bengal, 12% said Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee and 3% said Roopa Ganguly.
