Beirut: As Islamic State continue to unleash terror across Syria and Iraq, numerous tales of indescribable atrocities meted out to women have surfaced.
One such tale is that of a 16-year-old Yazidi girl who was captured at the foot of Mount Sinjar and after a week, handpicked by ISIS chief Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi himself to work at his household in Raqqa.
Recounting the harrowing details of the days spent in Baghdadi's captivity, the teenaged Yazidi girl told the CNN how Baghdadi used to beat her and treat her very badly.
"H e was always evil. He was never kind. No kind words from him. I want the world to know how evil he is. He is a very dirty man," she told the CNN.
She said that she was shown a beheading video of a US journalist and was threatened that she would be beheaded the same way if she refused to convert to Islam.
She added that Baghdadi's wives and children used to taunt her.
The escapee Yazidi teen also revealed that she was kept along with US hostage Kayla Mueller, whom Baghdadi had married.
The teen girl also told the CNN that Baghdadi had raped the American hostage Kayla Mueller four times and he was going to do the same to her days later, but she managed to escape.
Asked if Kayla Mueller was important to Baghdadi, the teen Yazidi said that Baghdadi had married her and did not let his friend Abu Sayyaf see her face, forcing her to wear niqab all the time.
Baghdadi had also bought the US hostage a watch, the same kind that he had bought for his other wives, the teen girl told the CNN.
The escapee also revealed how after a bomb strike next door, Baghdadi and his entire fanily had to pack up and move. She said they regularly changed their residence.
The barbaric fighters of Islamic State are notorious for having tortured, raped and enslaved thousands of Yazidi women.
