New secret ISIS document reveals about sex slaves and more
The papers, discovered by the US troops, show the status of stolen oil, valuable ornaments and the slaves ISIS shared.
London: In a shocking disclosure, new secret ISIS documents reveal how it has set up organised departments to split the war booty including women for sex.
The papers, discovered by the US troops, show the status of stolen oil, valuable ornaments and the slaves they shared.
"This really kind of brings it out," the dailystar.co.uk quoted Brett McGurk, who is President Barack Obama's special envoy in the region, as saying.
He said that the documents show "The level of bureaucratisation, organisation, the committees."
The report said that the US Special Operations Forces had seized the documents during a raid in May which killed top ISIS financial official Abu Sayyaf.
It further said that many of the computer files contain twisted religious rulings, or fatwas. Some give permission for fighters to rape female prisoners or wannabe jihadis in the West to steal from their parents so they can fund their travel to the Middle East, the report said.
A ruling found last week showed permission had been given to take body parts from dead civilians. This has sparked concerns ISIS are trafficking body parts around the territories it has won.
The new revelations come as jihadists murdered a woman because she was breastfeeding her son in public in the ISIS stronghold of Raqqa in Syria.
