Pyongyang: Guess what! After hydrogen bomb, North Korea has “successfully” tested a “hangover-free liquor”!
As per the reclusive country's state media, the liquor is between 30 and 40 percent alcohol but, unlike available varieties, doesn't leave you with hangover in the morning.
The liquor ensures you are clear-headed in the morning to kick-start your day.
According to the Pyongyang Times, Koryo Liquor uses a cunning combination of six-year-old, top quality ginseng and "scorched glutinous rice", reports AFP.
What it results in is a subtle blend of sweet and savoury that is "highly appreciated by experts and lovers as it is suave and causes no hangover", the newspaper said.
According to the news report, the wonder-drink has already won prizes, including top spot at last year's national liquor show.
The news break about the wonder liquor comes just days after the North's bombshell claim that its latest nuclear test -- conducted on January 6 -- was of a powerful hydrogen bomb.
International experts have largely dismissed the idea, saying the yield from the test was far too low for a full-fledged thermonuclear device.
