Two sentenced to death for Bangladesh blogger murder

The judge convicted all eight accused in the murder case and sentenced two students to death.

Dhaka: A Bangladesh court sentenced two students to death on Thursday for the 2013 murder of secular blogger Ahmed Rajib Haider, the prosecutor said.

Mahbubur Rahman told AFP the judge had convicted all eight accused in the Haider case and sentenced students Faisal bin Nayem and Rezwanul Azad Rana to death.
