Thai woman marries dead fiancé at his funeral!

New Delhi: Ever heard of the saying, “till death do us apart”? Well, this is one example where the literal meaning of this saying comes out alive.

According to a report in dailymail.co.uk, a Thai woman got hitched to her dead lover at his funeral after he succumbed to a sudden heart attack.

Nan Thippharat from Chachoengsao province married her dead fiancé in an unusual marriage ceremony which was not recognised under the law and later shared pictures of the same around the web, leading to massive circulation of the same online. Her dead fiance was named Fiat.

This is what she wrote on social media: 'I dreamed of our wedding. I saw us holding hands. Rest in peace. I love you, Fiat. Please know that our dream has come true.'
