Hello and welcome to the live updates from 10th men's hockey Asia Cup in Dhaka, where continent giants India take on minnows Bangladesh in a Pool A match
Fourth Quarter (IND 7 - 0 BAN)
60th min: Indian continue to press, but time up in Dhaka. India complete a 7-0 routing of Bangladesh. This is their second comprehensive win in two outings.
59th min: Bangladesh player Imran Hasan picks up an injury, stretchered off. Meanwhile, India win yet another PC, but wasted the chance to increase the lead.
57th min: Akashdeep manages to breach the Bangladesh defence, but loses control of the ball. From there, Sunil tries for a drill, but his effort was not upto the mark. Misses the target.
54th min: One quiet period of play in Dhaka. But it's still the Indians who have been dictating the terms.
50th min: GOAL! Second goal for India from a penalty corner. Harmanpreet thus increased his tournament tally to four goals. Brilliant effort.
47th min: Penalty stroke! Ball hits defenders body as India flicked off their 11th PC. But the decision changed to PC because the ball rose off a deflection from another player's stick.
46th min: India play a variation on their 10th PC, Harman passes the ball back to pusher Raman who slaps it in for India's sixth GOAL!
The last 15 minutes are underway. India would like push this scoreline towards 7-0 or 8-0.
Third Quarter (IND 5 - 0 BAN)
End of a goal-less Q3. India's circle penetrations also reduced a touch over the last 15 minute.
41st min: Bangladesh doing well to keep India at bay in this quarter that hasn't seen any goal so far.
Satbir green-carded, so a two-minute minimum suspension for him.
37th min: Coach Marijne won't be happy with India's PC drill. 0/8 so far.
33rd min: Another PC to India, nice one-touch hockey by Ramandeep created it. But Harman's push straight into rusher's foot. Another PC. Poor stopping.
32nd min: A PC to India right after the half-time. The flood gates might open soon. A low flick deflected by the goalkeeper's extended right hand.
Second Quarter (IND 5 - 0 BAN at half-time)
GOAL! No trouble whatsoever for Harmanpreet to score India's fifth goal, easily beats the 'keeper.
27th min: Bangladesh defending in numbers, all the red shirts within their 25-yard. And India get a penalty stroke! Bangladesh protest, ask for a referral. There was an attempt to tackle from behind in the circle while Raman was attempted a shot at goal. So stroke stays. Bangladesh lose their referral.
Green card shown to Amit Rohidas for a stick-check. India down to 10 men with five min left in Q2.
23rd min: Brilliant from Sardar, put his body on the line to prevent a shot at goal.
22nd min: Four back-to-back penalty corners wasted by India. Good defence by Bangladesh defence, especially the rusher. Not giving Harmanpreet any room to get past.
21st min: Amit Rohidas, who came into the squad in place of Kothajit Singh, was nicely placed to deflect a pass from the left of the circle into the GOAL.
20th min: Lalit almost scored his second goal, but his snatch in front of the goal came after a stick-check. Referee spotted and blew the whistle
17th min: Bangladesh have a 16-year-old right winger on the pitch. Big learning experience for him.
First Quarter (IND 3 - 0 BAN)
Q1 ends, in which Gurjant, Akashdeep and Lalit scored to give India 3-0 lead over Bangladesh.
14th min: Bangladesh defence found ball-watching and Lalit accepts the gift to score his second GOAL of the tournament.
11th min: Losing count of India's attack as Akashdee's GOAL gets India the cushion with still four minutes left in the first quarter.
10th min: Akashdeep set up Ramandeep, who was cramped for space, so intelligently pushed it to Sunil on his right, but the diving push was saved by Bangladesh goalkeeper's slide.
7th min: India up 1-0! Gurjant's deflection ends Bangladesh resistance, He was the one who scored in both semis and final of the Junior World Cup that India won last year.
4th min: Crowd Goal! A Bangladesh centre-in from right deflects off Harmanpreet's stick into the goal, but the rule says the hit should come from inside the circle.
3rd min: Sunil with the first shot at goal for India, but the Bangladesh goalie gets his left glove up in time to block it.
2nd min: Bangaldesh have begun on a sprightly note with the crowd behind them.

4:55 p.m. The hosts were hammered 7-0 by Pakistan in their first match, while India thrashed the Japanese 5-1. It puts India's form and Bangladesh's task in perspective.
4:45 p.m. Bangladesh aren't a force in hockey, but an Asia Cup at home is their chance to show what they are made of. The ball sets rolling in 45 minutes from now in Dhaka.
QUICK PREVIEW
Bolstered by a dominating 5-1 win over Japan, India will look to carry forward the momentum when they take on hosts Bangladesh in their second Pool A match of the men's Asia Cup hockey tournament on Friday.
The Indian team led by Manpreet Singh hardly broke a sweat during its win over Japan in its campaign opener on Wednesday.
Apart from an initial set back when Japan equalised in the fourth minute, India sailed through the match improvising their game hooter to hooter and rarely stumbling against the Japanese counter attack. (PTI)
