Amitabh Bachchan walks out of interview after hearing news of Vinod Khanna’s death

Vinod Khanna breathed his last at 11.20 AM on Thursday after prolonged illness.

Mumbai: Amitabh Bachchan reportedly walked out of an interview soon after he heard the news of Vinod Khanna’s demise to offer his condolences and be by the side of late actor’s family in this time of immeasurable grief.

Khanna breathed his last at 11.20 AM on Thursday after prolonged illness. He was undergoing treatment at HN Reliance Hospital here. He was suffering from advanced bladder carcinoma (bladder cancer).

Khanna and Bachchan, who shared equal fame and popularity during their days, have acted in a number of films together – Reshma, Muqaddar ka Sikandar, Insaaf, Parvarish, Amar Akbar Anthony, Hera Pheri, Guddi, Resha Aur Shera and Khoon Pasina among others.
