Mumbai: Celebrity trainer and fitness expert Yasmin Karachiwala took to her Instagram page on Monday to share a video of Deepika Padukone doing the Swan Dive on the reformer at Body Image.
We all know that Deepika is blessed with a sleek frame to die for but the dimpled beauty makes it a point to follow her exercise regime to keep her health and fitness level in check.

Though the video was posted on Monday for some motivation, it will encourage you everyday to remain fit and healthy.
Describing the benefits of Swan Dive, Karachiwala wrote: “This exercise strengthens the back muscles, challenges the core and activates the glutes sic).”
On the work front, Deepika is gearing up for her first film with Vishal Bhardwaj which also stars her ‘Piku’ co-actor Irrfan Khan.
She is currently in news for her spellbinding performance in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s controversial film Padmaavat which sees her essaying the role of Rani Padmavati.
Coming to her personal life, speculations are rife that the beauty from Bengaluru may tie the nuptial knot with beau Ranveer Singh later this year. It is being said that the couple will have a destination wedding and is likely to follow in the footsteps of Virat Kohli - Anushka Sharma by organising a wedding with just a handful of invitees in attendance.
Though Deepika and Ranveer have never admitted to being in love it is apparent that the two share a very special bond. We have seen them walk hand-in-hand at various dos / events and have indulged in PDA on more than one occasion.
