New Delhi: The gorgeous and ever glowing Kareena Kapoor Khan has a zillion of fans spread across the globe. She has been a great example for working women and all those who have had a baby and are still very much active on their professional front.
Bebo is known to be a fitness freak who is currently often spotted outside the gym or yoga sessions. Now, in a Facebook live chat with nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar and Kareena, the two talked about various things—from pre to post pregnancy diet plans and how certain foods help the body remain fit. Basically, Rujuta has written her second book which deals with the same and through this session she even briefed about it.
The chat session was informative and interactive where questions were answered by Kareena on various things. Her fans from Egypt, Beirut and several other places had popped in queries for the diva.
Talking about how life changed after Taimur, Bebo said, “I have started going to bed early. Nowadays, I wake up very early so that I can be with Taimur. I think I get to spend time with Taimur during the morning.”
Replied to another question, she added, “Of course. That shift is natural. Earlier, it was just about me and Saif. But now, it’s about three of us. But we are not feeling anything different, because we looked forward to it. We wanted a family.”
