Shah Rukh Khanbegan his acting career with TV show titled Dil Dariya on Doordarshan in 1989. After featuring in popular TV shows like Fauji and Circus, SRK stepped into the world of celluloid with Hema Malini’s Dil Aashna Hai in 1991 but Deewana, his second film released first. What followed thereafter is history. In the initial days of his career, SRK essayed negative roles, something none could ever dare to do. Baazigar and Darr went on to become blockbuster hits and SRK redefined his space in the industry as an actor with these films. And with Yash Raj’s Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, SRK emerged as the greatest romantic heroes of all times.


The actor, who also owns a reputed production company now, married Gauri, on 25 October in 1991. Shah Rukh - Gauri make an adorable couple and are blessed with sons Aryan and AbRam and daughter Suhana.
