In the photo, Prince William wore a suit while Charlotte and George posed in outfits that matched their mom's powder blue dress suit.
The Duchess of Cambridge re-wore an outfit that she previously wore for the royal portrait.
Jackson, who clicked the snap, wrote alongside the photo on Instagram,
"Delighted that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have chosen to use this family portrait I shot as their Christmas Card this year. Merry Christmas!"
The palace also announced this morning that Princess Charlotte, two, will enroll at Willcocks Nursery School in London in 2018.
