Banks to remain closed for three days; complete urgent bank transactions today

Banks will be closed for three consecutive days from March 11 to March 13.

Mumbai: You must get all important bank related work done by today as banks in several parts of the country will be closed for three consecutive day.

Banks will be closed on Saturday (on account of it being the month's second Saturday), on March 12 (Sunday) and for the Holi festival on March 13.

The Indian Banks Association has asked customers to complete urgent banking transactions today in view of the next three days being bank holidays.

Under the 10th bipartite wage settlement between bank unions and IBA, the second and fourth Saturdays of every month will be holidays. The remaining Saturdays will be full working days for banks.
