The Mahindra XUV 3XO will feature a dual-pane electric sunroof, dubbed the "skyroof," setting it apart from competitors in the sub-4 metre category. This feature will be available in top-spec variants.

Mahindra Teaser shows that the XUV 3XO will feature in-car entertainment with the inclusion of a seven-speaker Harman Kardon sound system in select variants of the XUV 3XO. 

Mahindra XUV 3XO will introduce a remote climate control system, allowing users to conveniently adjust cabin temperature using their smartphones.This is a feature borrowed from Mahindra's AdrenoX smart connect suite.

The Mahindra XUV 3XO can feature a 115 hp, 300 Nm 1.5-litre turbo diesel, a 110 hp, 200 Nm 1.2-litre turbo petrol, and a Turbosport variant with 130 hp and 230 Nm from a 1.2-litre turbo petrol engine. Transmission choices will include a 6-speed manual or an AMT automatic gearbox.

Mahindra's teaser boasts that this subcompact SUV will have an acceleration time of 4.5 seconds from 0 to 60 kmph. Additionally, the SUV is expected to deliver an ARAI-claimed mileage figure of 20.1 kmpl.
