Apple goes solo, plans to launch its car without any auto partner: Report

New Delhi: iPhone maker Apple is in the process to develop its own autonomous electric four-wheeler without the assistance of any other automaker. The Cupertino-based company previously held discussions with several global carmakers to develop its upcoming car. However, the tech giant now appears to have decided to go on a solo ride with its ambitious electric car project.

Reliable Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo earlier claimed that the launch of the Apple Car is unlikely to happen until 2025-2027. Kuo also said that Apple Car specifications are yet to be finalised. He also added that it would not be a surprise if the vehicle’s launch time frame is pushed even further to 2028 or later.
