Italian bike manufacturer Benelli has launched the BS6 version of TRK 502 in India.
The bike is priced at Rs 4,79,000 which makes it Rs 30,000 cheaper in comparison with the BS4 model.
This is an introductory price and is expected to be priced around Rs. 5.3 lakh (ex-showroom).
The bike is not identical to the one which the company launched for the international market.
However, this updated bike gets minor cosmetic changes along with the BS6 compliant engine.
The bike gets new cast top rack with a different mounting position for the top rack and powder-coated handlebar.
The bike retains the same engine from the previous model. The engine is a 499.6cc liquid-cooled inline two-cylinder petrol motor.
This powertrain churns out 47.5 PS of power and 46 Nm of peak torque at 6000 rpm.
The bike gets a 6-speed gearbox.
Benelli TRK 502 semi-digital instrument cluster. This along with the switches are now given the backlight.
The bike also gets reinforced-aluminium frame knuckle guards, new handlebar grips, redesigned rearview mirrors.
Benelli TRK 502 gets 17-inch alloy wheels with tyres designed for on-road cruising. The bike dual-channel Anti-lock Braking System as standard.
Benelli has priced the bike really competitive and the buyers who were eyeing for TRK 502 for a while, has got a great opportunity to book it now.
