Tata Altroz is the only hatchback in the country to get a 5-star safety rating from the Global NCAP.

According to Global NCAP, the protection offered to the driver and passenger head and neck was good. The car's bodyshell is rated as stable and is capable of withstanding further load.

Tata Altroz gets ABS with EBD, corner stability control, reverse parking sensors, driver and passenger seat belt reminder, ISOFIX anchorage points at the rear seat, dual front airbags.

Volkswagen, the German car manufacturer is known for its solid build quality and Polo is no different. 

Volkswagen Polo gets a 4-star safety rating from the Global NCAP.

Tata Tigor is a sub-compact sedan based on Tiago. The car shares its safety rating with the hatch. 

Tata Tigor received a 4-star safety rating by Global NCAP. 

The Global NCAP stated that the car offered good protection to the driver and passenger's head and neck.

Ford Figo has received a 3-star safety rating from the Global NCAP in the adult occupant protection and a 2-star rating for child safety.

Ford Figo starts at Rs. 5.64 lakh and goes till Rs. 8.19 lakh
