New Delhi: The first half of 2022 is almost through, and devices like the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra and the Xiaomi 12 Pro have already dominated the smartphone market. But the year isn't done yet, and there are a number of high-end smartphones that are yet to hit the market. So, here are some of the best smartphones to look forward to this year.
Motorola is developing the third-generation Moto Razr smartphone. It is slated to debut in the summer of this year. A 50MP primary camera and a 13MP secondary camera are expected, as well as a full HD+ display and a 32MP selfie camera. The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4 is likely to be released this year in August, during the company's second major Galaxy Unpacked presentation. Qualcomm's rumoured Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Plus chipset is believed to power it. Samsung is likely to market the phone with a 6.7-inch internal display and 1.9-inch external display, similar to the Galaxy Z Flip3 smartphone that was released last year. Samsung may also boost the battery capacity to 3,700mAh this year, according to reports.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 will be released in August, along with the Galaxy Z Flip3 smartphone. A 108MP primary sensor, a 10MP telephoto sensor, and a 10MP selfie camera are expected to be included. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Plus CPU is also expected to be included in this phone. It's also expected to include support for the company's SPen stylus.
The Pixel 7 Pro, Google's next-generation premium flagship handset, is also one of the year's most anticipated smartphones. The phone is not likely to be released in India. The phone is believed to have a 6.7-inch QHD+ AMOLED 120Hz display and an in-screen fingerprint scanner, according to the projected specifications. The second-generation Google Tensor chipset is expected to power it.
The iPhone 14 Pro will be released in September alongside the other iPhone 14 phones. A 6.7-inch 120Hz OLED display is expected to be included. It will be powered by the company's A16 Bionic chipset and have a storage capacity of up to 1TB.
