Koenigsegg CC850 unveiled: Gets unique automatic and manual gearbox combined; 1,385 HP output: IN PICS

It is to be noted that the Koenigsegg CC850 has a body weight o 1,385 kg which is 500 kg lighter than Bugatti Chiron. The light weight can be owed to the carbon fibre and kevlar used in the car.

The company has mentioned that the only limited units of the hyper car will be produced, to be exact the world will only see 50 units of this modern hypercar.

The Koenigsegg CC850 seeks power from a twin-turbocharged 5.0-litre V8 engine that gives out a mind-boggling 1,385 hp and a peak torque of 1,385 Nm revving at 8,500 rpm.

The interiors of the car offer looks and facilities of that of a luxury car with the exteriors of a hypercar.

The Koenigsegg CC850 gets a unique gearbox with an 'Engage shift system' giving the car a mix of a manual and an automatic shifting system.

Being a Koenigsegg, it is no surprise the CC850 uses a monocoque frame built with carbon fibre for light weight and strength. Moreover, the body uses kevlar panels for their lightweight contributing to the car's speed.

The design of the Koenigsegg CC850 is reminiscent of the company's previous models like the Gemera, Jesko and Regera. To be more specific it has a fusion of the design of these cars.
