Falguni Nayar is the founder and CEO of the cosmetic brand Nykaa. Studied in Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, Falguni started the company in 2012 after setting a self-imposed deadline of 50. She became self-made billionaire. In 2021, Nykaa launched its IPO to become a public company.

Richa Kar is the founder of Zivame which a women’s appareal startup. The company sells panties, lingerie such as backless bra and bikini collections. She founded the company in July 2011.

She is an Indian billionaire and the founder of Biocon limited and Biocon biologics limited. These are biotechnology based companies based in Bangalore, India. She started the company in 1978 in the garage of her rented house with a seed capital of Rs 10,000.

Divya Gokulnath is the co-founder and director of online education company BYJU’s which she started with her husband Raveendran Byju in 2012. The company has become India’s biggest online education platform.   

Ghazal Alagh founded natural skin-care and beauty product company Mama Earth with her husband in 2016.

Upasana Rupkrishan Taku is the co-founder and chairperson of MobiKwik. She founded the platform in 2009 to transform the digital payments landscape and bridge the gap in India.

Supriya Paul co-founded the Indian version of Ted talks called Josh Talks in 2015. She is the also the author of several books like All you Need is Josh: Stories of Courage and Conviction in 21st – century. Josh talks aims to unlock human potential by creating tools that effectively nurture each individual’s potential.
