Realme Book Slim laptop to launch on August 18: Check specs, expected price and alternatives

Realme is expected to launch the Realme Book Slim laptop at an aggressive price point of about Rs 50,000. However, the company could price the high-end variant a tad bit higher than the Rs 50k range.

The major rivals of the Realme Book Slim laptop are the newly launched Redmi Notebook, Mi Horizon range, and Huawei MateBook series, among others. The laptop will also rival a few laptops of brands like Acer and Asus. 

Powering the Realme Book Slim could be an 11th generation Intel Core i5 processor, which is likely to be coupled with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of SSD hard disk. The high-end variant could feature an improved processor and more RAM to increase the efficiency of the device. 

Moreover, Realme Book Slim’s 2K resolution display with a 3:2 aspect ratio. Reports suggest that the laptop could feature a 14-inch screen.

Realme Book Slim could offer support for the 65W fast charging. The 54-watt hour battery is expected to provide backup of longer hours. The laptop is also expected to sport an integrated HD camera. For security purposes, customers will get a fingerprint reader.

Besides the usual connectivity features such as USB ports, Bluetooth and Wifi, customers would be able to connect your laptop with your Realme smartphone via the Realme Connect feature.
