Often called ‘Mr Perfectionist’ and ‘Tom Hanks of India’ the actor is known for diving deep into the characters of his films. Set in the early 1890s, during the British Raj, Aamir played the lead character - Bhuvan in the film. His character was responsible for putting together a cricket team and teaching them the game.

This coming-of-age movie features Aamir starring as one of the lead characters in the main trio. He plays the son of a wealthy industrialist Akash Malhotra, who is a carefree and humorous individual. Aamir played a wide-eyed young 25-year-old in the movie who agrees to act in a British film student’s documentary about India’s freedom fighter.
