Hi everyone, This is Sebastian Zacharias age 54 yrs who was diagnosed with MS 19 yrs back . MS is a neurological disease in which the immune system eats away the protective covering( myelin) of the cell . It causes a lot of issues but here Sebastian is fortunate to suffer from mobility & fatigue issues only. Despite the illness he still with the support of his family and his positivity tries and aims to lead a normal life like any other person. He drives himself to work daily and shoulders the responsibility like any another husband and father. He follows a strict diet and exercises daily. I feel extremely motivated to train him, here is a small glimpse of his journey with Lotus.
