The Bihar Board results for class 10 students for the year 2021 has been announced today (April 5) by the State Education Minister Vijay Kumar Chaudhary. A total of 78.17 percent students cleared the exams this year, which is a slight dip from last year's overall performance.

Pooja Kumari, Shubhdarshni and Sandeep Kumar bagged the first position with 484 out of 500 marks in class 10th Bihar Board exam 2021.
Out of the total 16,54,171 students who have appeared in the class 10 matriculation examination, a total of 4,13,087 stood in the first division.
At least, 5,00,615 students secured the second division in the BSEB matriculation examination of Bihar Board.
This year, boys outsmarted girls by performing better in class 10th exams of Bihar Board. This year, out of the 12,93,054 candidates who have cleared the BSEB matriculation examination, 6,76,518 were boys whereas 6,16,536 were girl students.
This year, the overall pass percentage for the Bihar board matric examination touched 78.17 per cent, which is lower than last year's overall pass percentage. In 2020, almost 80.59 per cent cleared the class 10 BSEB exams.
