The Yogi Adityanath-led Uttar Pradesh government welcomed seven new ministers on Sunday (September 26) ahead of the Assembly elections next year. The oath was administered by Governor Anandiben Patel at a function in the Gandhi auditorium in the Raj Bhavan in Lucknow.
Jitin Prasada, who left Congress to join BJP in June this year, took oath as a minister in the Uttar Pradesh government.
