This notice was issued following a review by the DC of Mandi, who reportedly found her official performance unsatisfactory.

The DC of Mandi reportedly expressed dissatisfaction with Oshin Sharma's work, noting several errors that led to the issuance of the notice and a demand for a response from the officer. Oshin Sharma has declined to comment on the alleged reports related to her unsatisfactory work.
