The met department has predicted a generally cloudy sky with light rain showers and thunderstorms in the national capital and its adjoining region for the next 4-5 days. Light rainfall with thunderstorms are also likely in Noida, Gurugram and Ghaziabad areas.

The IMD has forecasted heavy rainfall in Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha and Chhattisgarh from September 21 to September 23. The Easter region of the central state is likely to witness very heavy rainfall in the next 24 hours.
