The SUV is priced from Rs 73.5 Lakhs for petrol trims and from GLC 220d at Rs 74.5 Lakhs. The new GLC already has over 1,500 bookings in its kitty.
The design of the SUV is also updated with new headlamps, while there are tweaks to the rear facia as well. Although, it upkeeps the signature silhouette of the GLC.
The Wheelbase of the Mercedes-Benz GLC is now up by 15 mm, whereas the car is now longer by 60 mm.
There are two engine options available with the GLC - 2.0L petrol and 2.0L diesel. The gearbox is a 9-speed torque converter unit. Also, the SUV can do 0-100 kmph sprint in 6.2 seconds and has a top speed of 240 kmph.
The dashboard layout of the GLC is also updated with the new portrait-style 11.9-inch touchscreen infotainment unit.
The boot space on the new-gen model has increased by 70 litres. Thus, totalling to a massive 620 litres of trunk volume.
The new-gen GLC rides on larger 19-inch wheels, which come as a standard part of the package.
