Skoda Superb is now unveiled in its fourth-generation avatar, and the premium sedan will be coming to India in this iteration.
In terms of design, the updated model gets serious revisions on both front and rear ends. The overall silhouette remains familiar, although it is an all-new model.
Skoda claims that the aerodynamic drag coefficient of the saloon has also improved with the new design. Moreover, there will be a total of 8 colour options on offer this time, along with 19-inch wheels.
The Superb now gets DSG as standard fitment, and there are a total of 6 engine choices on offer - 3 petrol, 2 diesel, and a plug-in-hybrid setup.
The dashboard layout is revised as well, and the cabin now uses sustainable materials. The Virtual Cockpit comprises a 10-inch display, and for the first time, Skoda Superb gets a head-up display.
The touchscreen infotainment unit measures 13 inches, and it is paired with a 14-speaker Canton surround sound system.
The rear seats get fast-charging ports, and the Superb's interior further includes a permanent internet connection.
The boot space on the Skoda Superb's fourth-gen rendition is a whopping 645 litres with all seats in place, which is an increment of 20 litres from the outgoing model.
