Audi Q8 e-Tron Electric SUV, Sportback Review: Design, Range, Features: IN PICS

German luxury carmaker Audi will launch electric SUV Q8 e-Tron SUV and e-Tron Sportback in India next month to strengthen its electric vehicle portfolio.

The Audi Q8 e-Tron, which is an updated version of the e-Tron EV, is available in two body types - Audi Q8 e-Tron SUV and Audi e-Tron Sportback. 

The Audi Q8 e-Tron SUV and Sportback is offered with a 114 kWh battery pack, as compared to 95 kWh battery in the existing e-Tron models. 

The Audi Q8 e-Tron gets a host of features like a panoramic sunroof, Audi Virtual Cockpit digital instrument cluster, dual touch screen among other things. 

Audi posted a 97 percent jump in sales in India at 3,474 units in the H1 2023, as compared to the same period last year.

The Audi Q8 e-Tron can be charged from 10-80% in 29 minutes and 20-80% in under 20 minutes using DC fast charger. 

The current-gen Audi e-Tron EV portfolio comprises e-Tron 50, e-Tron 55, e-Tron Sportback 55, e-Tron GT and RS e-Tron GT.

The Audi Q8 e-Tron is the first car in the brand's portfolio to feature a new 2D Printed logo, as compared to the 3D logo of the brand. 

The output is rated at 408 hp and 664 Nm, and the Q8 e-Tron gets a Permanent all-wheel drive quattro, pushing the SUV from 0-100 kmph in 5.6 seconds.  

The Audi Q8 e-Tron gets ventilated and heated front seats with massage function, Ambient Lighting package plus, Park Assist plus with 360⁰ Camera, 4-zone climate control.
