The newly-unveiled Hero Mavrick 440 sits on the Harley-Davidson X440's platform. However, it boasts of substantial changes in comparison to the Harley-Davidson.
The Mavrick too gets circular LED headlamps, but the overall silhouette is distinctive. It features a large tank, along with a new X-shaped tail lamp.
Powering the Mavrick 440 is a 440cc oil-cooled single-cylinder engine that produces a peak power output of 27 Bhp and 36 Nm of max torque. The motor is paired to a 6-speed gearbox.
The Hero Mavrick 440 will retail in a total of 3 trims - Base, Mid, and Top. The base-spec trim will be offered exclusively in the Arctic White trim.
The mid-spec trim will be offered in two colour options - Celestial Blue and Fearless Red. Talking of features, the Mavrick gets a full LCD instrument cluster.
Lastly, the top-spec trim will retail in Phantom Black and Enigma Black paint schemes. Talking of the bookings they will commence in February, while the deliveries will begin from April.
