Croatian playmaker Luka Modric is the most-capped footballer for his national side with 139 caps. Modric guided Croatia into the UEFA Euro 2020 last-16 on Tuesday (June 22) and in the process became the oldest as well as the youngest goal-scorer for Croatia.  (Source: Twitter)
