Indian wicketkeeper batsman Ishan Kishan’s 23rd birthday turned special on Sunday (July 18) as he was handed his ODI debut cap to celebrate the occasion. The Mumbai Indian batsman will make debut in the first ODI against Sri Lanka in Colombo alongside Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise teammate Suryakumar Yadav as India bowled first.

In the last couple of seasons, the Mumbai batsman has risen up the ranks and recently made his senior national debut against England at Narendra Modi Stadium in T20Is. Kishan is quite a popular figure in the Mumbai Indians camp and among his fans. Last year, during the IPL in UAE, the 22-year-old’s rumoured girlfriend Aditi Hundia grabbed the limelight, with her Instagram post for the MI star after his heroics against Royal Challengers Bangalore.

Notably, the young wicketkeeper-batsman had a dream start to his international career earlier this year as in a T20I against England, Kishan smashed a 28-ball half-century in Ahmedabad.

Interestingly, Ishan has often made headlines off the field as well for his alleged relationship with supermodel Aditi Hundia.

Aditi is an avid supporter of Ishan's IPL team Mumbai Indians and she first captured the audience's attention when she was spotted cheering for MI back in 2019. Also, she has often taken to her social media handle to laud Kishan's knocks. There is nothing official about it, but rumour has it that the two are seeing each other for quite some time now.
